A French Destination Wedding Affair – Blanche Fleur

As you can imagine, I completely enjoyed photographing this wedding at Blanche Fleur in the Provencal country side just outside of Avignon, France.

Before I even arrived at the destination I was totally psyched. The thought of some almost guaranteed good weather, a change of scene and more soft cheeses and hams than I can shake a baguette at was amazing.

And once I had set foot on the stunning gravel driveway I was so so impressed with the place – gorgeous setting and I do mean it. Lots of nature, green, green grass, trees, flowers and of course vineyards. It couldn’t feel more French, except because of it’s location it didn’t just feel like France, it felt like ours. This place was the perfect secluded hideaway, and felt ever so private. For the duration of the wedding, the day before and the day after it felt like this amazing former paper mill belonged to the bride, groom and all of the guests.

Off to a ¬†brilliant start and it continued from there. The wonderful couple that all the guests adored looked so cool. The bride was wearing an incredible Laure de Sagazan gown, the sort of beautiful french wedding dress you’ll find at The Mews in Nottinghill. And the groom cut a dapper figure to match.

There were some lovely accessories to be found around the ground, some brought along by the bride and groom, others simply existing in this wonderful french venue picked by this wonderful couple.

Anyway, that’s enough waffle on from me. Have a look at the pictures, have a look again, fall in love this wedding and feel inspired for your own.
